EVENT CANCELLATION & MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
Event Registration Cancellation Policy
Up to 14 Days Before Event: Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the event date:
- Full Refund Minus a 10% Administrative Fee will be granted on cancellations received within this two week timeframe.
- All Cancellations must be received in writing by emailing info@cfreia.com.
- Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process to your original form of payment
Up to 7 Days Before Event: Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the event date:
- 50% refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be granted on cancellation received within this one week timeframe.
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing info@cfreia.com
Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process to your original form of payment.
Up to 72 Hours Prior: Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the event date:
- 25% refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be granted on cancellations received within this 48 hour timeframe.
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing info@cfreia.com.
Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process to your original form of payment.
48 Hours & Under are Non-Refundable
Membership & Renewal Refund Policy
Membership and renewal are the sole responsibility of the individual to monitor and manage. If you did not wish to renew your membership, please adjust your settings in you "member account." If your membership was processed due to an oversight:
- CFREIA will honor a refund up to 7 days past renewal.
A 10% administrative fee will be applied to the total refund, and the balance will be issued to your original form of payment.
Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process.
