Jordan Lulich, Esquire

J. Lulich is a licensed Florida Attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Property, Business and Estate Planning Law. His typical client includes the representation of buyers, sellers, real estate agents and brokers, and mortgage lenders as well as individuals who are pre-planning on how to leave their legacy.

A large part of his practice entails the issuance of title insurance as he is an authorized title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Company. Mr. Lulich has a distinguished knowledge of the real estate rules and laws as he is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and regularly enjoys serving as a Real Estate Instructor to real estate agents, and also regularly presents to Real Estate Brokerages on real estate law and estate planning related topics.

Mr. Lulich is an alumnus of Indian River Charter High School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate from Florida State University. In his free time, he serves on the Board of the Indian River Charter High School, has completed numerous half marathons, 10k races, 5k races, and enjoys time competitively racing.
Mr. Lulich maintains an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the largest and most comprehensive rating system among lawyers in the world, which is given by his peers and other fellow Attorneys. Mr. Lulich has also been selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for 2023 and 2024.
